Stress Buster, 30 minutes, £30

A half hour session designed to relieve stress and anxiety. A stress buster treatment may include ear seeds, auricular acupuncture or energy healing. Also suitable for teenagers and adults sitting exams. (Under 18's to be a accompanied by an adult.)

First appointment, up to 90 minutes, £70

Includes a comprehensive initial consultation followed by your first treatment which may include one or more therapies.

Standard appointment, up to 60 minutes £50

A review of how you've been feeling since your last appointment followed by diagnostic checks and a treatment.

Under 18s:  first appointment, up to 60 minutes £50, follow up sessions £40

The first appointment includes an initial consultation and treatment, follow up sessions are up to 50 minutes. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult.

Tai Chi, Qigong and Meditation: Personal tuition: first 60 minutes £50, each extra 30 minutes £20. Group classes: by arrangement
